Around the World in 80 Days at Actors Co-op

Mark Brown Around the World in 80 Days

Actors Co-op in Hollywood, CA is producing my play Around the World in 80 Days. The show runs from May 6 – June 14. It’s the fifth and final show in its 2014-2015 season. I don’t know much about Actors Co-op but m friend Peter Allen Vogt did Who Killed Edwin Drood? there last year.

The show is being directed by Rhonda Kohl. I had coffee with her the other day and she couldn’t have been nicer. I told her not to muck up the show. That’s all I said. Then I left.

It’s produced by Thomas Chavira. This is something I’m still getting used to with Los Angeles theatre. A theatre produces a show, but there’s a person who acts as the producer for the show.

The Cast

Eva Abramian, Andrew Carter, Kevin Coubal, Philip Kreyche and Bruce Ladd.

I have no idea who is playing which characters. I’m gonna say Eva is playing Aouda, but I could be wrong.
